INFORMATION FOR WELSH MARKET VENDORS

We are still working out the floor plan for this year's market. We estimate there will be room for about 60 10'x10' tables/stalls. Unfortunately, we can't have food vendors this year as the venue, the Crystal Ballroom is a bar and restaurant. They've told us that we can offer packaged foods to be taken home, such as package Welsh cakes, jams, etc and that they may be able to prepare and serve frozen foods from their kitchen, if there is anyone who does a Welsh-style pasty or something like that.
